" I met Cody over 12 years ago when I reached out for personal training. I knew I needed to get into shape, but was quite frankly intimidated by the gym. Over those 12 years, Cody got me in the best shape of my life. I had two kids over the years we trained together. He trained me during each season of my life. Once I started working with Cody, the intimidation quickly faded away. He became a friend and a true supporter of my goals. He was always very real with me, very motivating and very knowledgeable. I remember, I personally had a goal of doing one pull up; Cody was able to get me to 7 pull ups. We were always adjusting to life, by taking measurements and discussing my diet.
